Psychotherapist

I believe it’s vitally important that everyone has access to high-quality information about mental health and knows how to get help.

About

I am a former mental health therapist who spent more than a decade in clinical practice. I specialized in treating depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and more. I have a broad and diverse background in clinical practice and have worked in various settings including the emergency room and community mental health centers.

Over the last eight years, I have worked as a mental health writer. My writing has appeared in eCounseling, TherapyTribe, Sondermind, and other notable publications. I frequently write about a variety of mental health topics from addictions to mood disorders. I’m passionate about spreading awareness about mental health and wellness and hope to break down barriers to treatment by providing evidence-based information about mental health.

As one of the leading voices in mental health, I have been interviewed by Healthline, Fatherly, INSIDER, Cosmopolitan, and other national media for my advice and expert opinion on the latest mental health topics.

I am also the founder of Priceless Copy, a female-led creative and digital content agency for mental health and wellness brands.
