Monisha Das Ireland is a board-certified physician specializing in sleep medicine, pulmonology, and critical care. Dr. Das Ireland completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) in 2009, followed by fellowships in Pulmonary and Critical Care (2009-2012) and Sleep Medicine at Kansas University Medical Center (2021-2022).

Her care philosophy centers on treating the whole patient, not just their symptoms, ensuring that those in her care feel empowered to make informed decisions about their well-being.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Das Ireland is an Associate Clinical Professor and currently serves as the Medical Director of the Center for Sleep Disorders at Banner University Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona. She is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, as well as the Society of Critical Care Medicine and American College of Chest Physicians. She has been published in many medical journals and has been an invited speaker at conferences in the US and abroad.
