Tristan Dimmick, PT, DPT, OCS is a licensed physical therapist, educator, and certified personal trainer with extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from children to centenarians. With a clinical background in outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and personal training, he has seen firsthand how mobility, nutrition, and exercise shape independence and quality of life in older adults.

As both a clinician and teacher of health sciences, Tristan blends practical experience with a deep understanding of current research on aging, chronic pain, exercise, and nutrition. His writing aims to bridge the gap between evidence-based healthcare and everyday life, offering readers approachable strategies to maintain mobility, reduce risks, and age with dignity.
